Our home is designed to feel inviting for all our guests, even those with tiny toes or four legs. When you step inside, you're greeted by a bright, spacious, and open living space, dining area, and modern kitchen, all flooded with natural light. Look out the windows to see the turquoise Gulf waters just across the street! The main living area boasts comfortable seating and a Smart TV with streaming apps, including our logins for Disney+ and Hulu. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the kitchen bar counter. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, a spice drawer, and the basics you need to prepare your meals. We also provide a starter supply of coffee and creamer. Down the hall, you'll find a full bathroom and a full-size washer and dryer. This area is also stocked with a blow dryer, steamer, iron, ironing board, and beach towels. The main floor also includes a large bedroom with a fabulous King bed, a Smart TV, and another beautiful water view from its floor-length window. This level features two large decks, one on each end of the home, both offering stunning gulf views. Heading upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms. One features an inviting King bed, a Smart TV, and French doors leading to a deck where you can catch a beautiful sunset over the Sound or gaze at the Gulf. The second bedroom offers more Gulf views and contains two twin-over-full bunk beds. Both rooms share access to the deck and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. An additional large deck with sun loungers is the perfect spot to soak in the sun as you listen to the waves. We're, just a quick walk from numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops. We're are a handful of steps from the sugar-white sand, with public beach access directly across from our yard. We're also just a short walk or bike ride from the Sound, Baby Beach, and numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops along Via De Luna. We have full-time neighbors, so it's important that our guests respect the peaceful atmosphere. Getting Around With direct beach access and shops nearby, the area is very walkable. The local trolley stops are also close and can take you up and down the main strip. For exploring further, the driveway comfortably fits 3 large vehicles. House Rules - To ensure a wonderful stay for you and our neighbors, we ask that you please observe the following rules: - No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. A fee for cleaning and odor removal will be charged. - No parties or events are permitted. - Overnight guests must not exceed the number listed on the reservation. - Please respect our neighbors and abide by the 10:00 p.m. noise curfew. Noise violations may be grounds for eviction. - We happily welcome well-behaved dogs for a flat fee (per dog; 2 max dogs max). You are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning fees. - Please treat our home and amenities as if they were your own. Important Information - Connectivity: High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home. - Pool Heating: The private pool can be heated upon request for an additional daily fee. Please let us know at the time of booking if you'd like to add this. - Bunk Beds: For safety, the upper bunk beds have a maximum weight limit of 175 pounds. - Grill: Charcoal & gas grills are available for your use. We do not provide charcoal or propane, but previous guests often leave their leftovers. - Check-in/Out: Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning schedule allows. - Starter Supplies: We provide starter amounts of laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and coffee to get you settled in. - Ample parking available for 3-4 cars - Smoke alarms, CO2 sensors, and fire extinguishers available - Your Host: I am self-managed, highly responsive host committed to making your stay exceptional.
